By booking our services, you agree to comply with all terms and conditions outlined below. Please read carefully before making a reservation.
1. Booking & Confirmation
All airport transfer bookings must be made in advance via phone, WhatsApp, email, or online. A booking is considered confirmed only after receiving confirmation from our team. Customers must provide accurate details including flight number, arrival/departure time, pickup location, and contact number.
2. Rates & Payments
All rates are quoted in Sri Lankan Rupees (LKR) unless stated otherwise. Prices may vary based on distance, vehicle type, time (day/night), and special requests. Payments can be made in cash, bank transfer, or other agreed methods. Any toll charges, parking fees, or expressway fees are included or excluded as agreed at the time of booking.
3. Flight Delays & Waiting Time
We monitor flight arrivals where possible, and reasonable flight delays will not incur extra charges. For airport pickups, a standard waiting time of up to 60 minutes after flight landing is included. Additional waiting time may be charged if delays are caused by passengers.
4. Cancellations & Changes
Cancellations made 24 hours or more before pickup time are free of charge. Cancellations made within 24 hours of pickup may be subject to a cancellation fee. Last-minute changes are subject to availability.
5. Passenger Responsibility
Passengers are responsible for ensuring they arrive at the pickup location on time. Excess luggage must be declared in advance, and additional charges may apply if a larger vehicle is required. The company is not responsible for delays caused by passengers.
6. Vehicle & Driver
Vehicles are provided based on availability and may be substituted with a similar or higher category if necessary. All drivers are licensed and experienced, but driving times may vary due to traffic, weather, or road conditions.,
7. Safety & Conduct
Seat belts must be worn at all times where available. Smoking, alcohol, and illegal substances are strictly prohibited in the vehicle. Any damage caused to the vehicle by passengers will be charged accordingly.
8. Liability
We are not responsible for missed flights due to traffic delays, accidents, weather conditions, or other circumstances beyond our control. Personal belongings are carried at the passenger’s own risk, so please check the vehicle before exiting.
9. Force Majeure
The company shall not be liable for failure to provide service due to events beyond control, including natural disasters, strikes, road closures, or government restrictions.
