💳 Payment Policy
1 Booking & Advance Payment
- Advance booking is required to confirm your airport transfer service.
- A minimum of 30% advance payment is mandatory to secure your reservation.
- Early booking ensures vehicle availability and confirms your transfer.
- Booking confirmation will be sent immediately via email or WhatsApp.
2 Full Payment Options
- Full payment must be completed before pickup.
- Alternatively, you can pay the balance in cash to the driver (if pre-arranged).
- All payments must be settled before the journey begins.
- Payment receipts will be provided for all transactions.

4 Transaction Fees & Charges
- Bank transfer charges are the responsibility of the customer.
- Online payment gateway fees are to be borne by the customer.
- Currency conversion fees are non-refundable.
- Please ensure the full quoted amount reaches us after deducting all fees.

Keep your payment receipt/confirmation safe. It may be required for verification at pickup time.

6 Cancellation Details
- To cancel, contact us via WhatsApp or email as soon as possible.
- Cancellation confirmations will be sent within 24 hours.
- Refund processing begins immediately after cancellation confirmation.
7 Flight Delays & Schedule Changes
- If your flight is delayed, please inform us immediately.
- We actively monitor flight arrivals and adjust pickup times at no extra charge.
- Flight tracking is included as part of our service.
- Refunds are not provided for delays caused by airlines, immigration, baggage handling, or other airport procedures.
- Our drivers will wait for a reasonable time at no additional cost.
8 Refund Processing Time
- Approved refunds will be processed within 7–14 working days.
- Refunds will be returned to the original payment method used.
- Bank processing times may vary depending on your financial institution.
- You will receive a refund confirmation email once processing is complete.
9 Non-Refundable Fees
- Bank transfer charges and transaction fees are non-refundable.
- Currency conversion fees cannot be refunded.
- Online payment gateway charges are non-refundable.
- Administrative processing fees may apply to certain refund requests.
